A practical guide

Digital marketing for tourism & hospitality brands

MYRA WORKS connects creative production and digital marketing for hotels, destinations, travel services and experience brands. A programme can combine content, social media, paid search, SEO, conversion-focused websites and analytics around a defined business objective, such as qualified enquiries or a clearer direct-booking journey.

Start with the commercial question

A launch, a seasonal campaign and a year-round demand programme need different plans. Define the audience, source market, offer, capacity and decision window before selecting channels. For a hotel, booking intent may matter; for a destination organisation, the task may be interest in specific experiences or partner referrals.

Connect media to the destination page

A campaign promise needs a consistent landing experience. The photograph, offer, language, practical information and next action should agree. Review the mobile journey and the handover to an external booking engine before increasing media spend. Otherwise a traffic increase can simply bring more people to the same point of friction.

Keep reporting useful

Separate reach and engagement from qualified demand. Agree what constitutes a lead and which source confirms it. Channel reporting should explain the next action: change creative, improve a page, reconsider an audience or investigate data quality. It should also disclose where consent or third-party systems limit attribution.

Questions before we begin

Do you only work with luxury hotels?

No. Hospitality is an important part of our production background, while our service architecture also covers destinations, travel experiences, food and beverage, architecture and selected other brands.

Can we keep our existing booking system?

The starting point is an audit of the current journey and integration options. Retaining an existing system may be appropriate; tracking and design recommendations depend on its technical capabilities.

How soon can results be evaluated?

The evaluation window depends on the channel, season, budget and available baseline. Agree milestones and leading indicators before launch rather than relying on a universal time-to-result promise.
