Editorial strategy, production & community

Social media management

MYRA WORKS manages social media for hotels, tourism, travel, real estate and selected lifestyle brands. We connect channel strategy, photography, short-form film, copy, publishing and community workflows in a consistent editorial programme.

The business question

A busy feed is not a strategy. Each channel needs a clear audience, a role in the decision journey and a sustainable production rhythm. We plan what the brand should say, show and respond to before filling the calendar.

What we deliver

  • Channel audit, audience priorities and editorial pillars
  • Monthly calendar, bilingual copy and approval workflow
  • Photography, Reels, short films and motion adaptations
  • Publishing, community response guide and escalation rules
  • Monthly insight report and next-content priorities

How the engagement works

We audit the channels, agree the voice and content pillars, then prepare the calendar and production brief. Approved assets are scheduled, audience responses are reviewed during agreed service hours, and monthly findings inform the next cycle. Paid campaigns have their own scope and budget.

Measurement & accountability

Content reach, saves, meaningful engagement, profile actions, website visits and attributable enquiries. We distinguish organic activity from paid distribution and do not use follower count alone as success.

Channels, monthly asset quantities, languages, response hours, production days and revision rounds are defined in the proposal. Response hours and escalation responsibilities are agreed before the programme begins.

Does social media management include Meta Ads?

They can be coordinated under one plan, but advertising management and media spend are separately scoped. This keeps organic editorial performance and paid results clear.
