The business question
A long page can still leave a simple question unanswered. Buyers want to know who a service is for, what it includes, what they need to provide and how to compare options. We make those answers explicit without reducing the offer to a repetitive FAQ list.
What we deliver
- Question inventory from sales, support, search and stakeholder input
- Intent-based answer architecture for key pages
- Concise answer blocks with context and evidence requirements
- Editorial guidance for TR/EN content consistency
- Visible-content and structured-data alignment review
How the engagement works
We prioritise questions by decision stage, draft direct answers and expand only where context helps. Brand specialists verify factual details. The content is placed in the relevant service or guide page, linked to related information and reviewed against actual enquiry quality.
Measurement & accountability
Coverage and accuracy of priority questions, engagement with useful pages, recurring enquiry gaps and observed answer citations where available.
Useful question-and-answer content remains valuable to readers. FAQ markup does not create a Google FAQ rich result or guarantee inclusion in an AI answer.
Answers with an editorial purpose
We map buyer questions to the page that should answer them, write a concise factual response and add supporting detail. Useful answers also belong in service descriptions and planning guides; a long FAQ list is not required. Google no longer displays FAQ rich results.
Does every question need a separate page?
No. Related questions belong together when they serve the same decision. Separate pages are appropriate only when the topic has a distinct purpose and enough useful substance.
