Observation, consistency & authority

AI search visibility & entity strategy

MYRA WORKS develops AI search visibility programmes around a defined market, question set and evidence base. We review how your brand is described, which sources support the answer and whether your public information accurately reflects the services you want to be known for.

The business question

Brand mentions alone do not explain whether an answer is accurate or commercially relevant. A useful review distinguishes a correct service association, an outdated fact, a missing source and a referral that leads to a meaningful action.

What we deliver

  • Market- and language-specific question sample
  • Entity facts register and profile consistency recommendations
  • Citation and factual-accuracy observation log
  • Owned-content and external-source gap analysis
  • Reporting with platform, date and methodology notes

How the engagement works

We establish a baseline using a reproducible sample rather than isolated screenshots. Observations are classified by question intent and factual quality. The improvement plan then connects missing explanations or evidence to specific pages, profile corrections and communications opportunities.

Measurement & accountability

Observed citation coverage, accuracy of brand descriptions, relevant referral sessions and confirmed outcomes. Sampling changes and platform variability remain visible in reporting.

We do not promise a knowledge panel, a permanent model-memory entry or visibility in every answer. Public information and source quality can be improved; model responses remain outside our control.

A repeatable observation record

Each observation records the question, platform, language, market, date, brand mention, linked source and answer context. Repeated samples are compared within the same method. Citation presence, website referrals and qualified enquiries are reported separately.

Which platforms can be included?

The scope may cover publicly available search experiences such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Google, subject to access and the agreed method. Each is reported separately.
